Privacy notice

How NyayaNova collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, and how to exercise your rights.

This notice explains how NyayaNova Private Limited ("NyayaNova", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or register interest (for example in the journal): your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry category, your message, and whether you agree to receive updates from us.

When you register for a course or programme: your name, email address, phone number, profession or study area, the package you choose, your acceptance of the programme terms, and order and payment status. We save your details as soon as you continue from the first registration step, even if you do not complete payment, so that our team can help you complete your registration. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not received or stored by NyayaNova; we receive payment references and the payment outcome from Razorpay.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website, including automated spam and abuse checks.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it; to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about a registration you started but did not complete; to process your registration and payment, confirm your place and provide programme information; to handle refunds, cancellations and support requests; to keep records required by law, including tax and accounting records; to protect the website against misuse; and, only if you agree, to send you updates about our courses and services.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies that the website needs to work: one remembers your cookie choice, and one keeps your registration and payment session secure for up to 30 days. With your consent only, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and, if we run advertising campaigns, advertising measurement tags such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to understand how visitors use the website and which campaigns work. On course registration pages, with your consent only, these tags also record that a registration step was completed (details saved, checkout opened, payment completed) with the course, package and amount, so we can measure which advertisements lead to registrations. We do not send your name, email, phone number, profession or message to analytics or advertising services, and analytics is not used on the contact, journal or administration pages or inside Razorpay's payment window. You can change your cookie choice at any time from the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and courses: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and security), Razorpay (payments and refunds), our email service provider (sending notifications), and, if you consent, Google, Microsoft and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). We use WhatsApp only to contact you about your own enquiry or registration. Their processing is limited to providing these services to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the programme and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and some records may be kept where the law requires it. To exercise these rights, email nyayanovaprivatelimited@gmail.com.

Children

Our courses and services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please register or contact us only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

Grievances

For any question or complaint about how your personal data is handled, contact our grievance contact at nyayanovaprivatelimited@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
