Course fees, refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to course and programme registrations made on the NyayaNova website.

Course fee and tax

All course fees are displayed on the NyayaNova website before payment. Advertised fees are final amounts and are inclusive of GST at 18%. Payment receipts and tax invoices will be issued as required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nyayanovaprivatelimited@gmail.com with your name, registered email address, course title and payment reference number.

Refund requests are accepted only until the last day of registration for the relevant course. For the January 2027 Digital Personal Data Protection programme, the last day of registration is 8 January 2027, 11:59 pm IST. No refunds are made for requests received after registration closes.

An approved refund is the amount paid less a deduction of 18% of that amount. For example, on a payment of ₹1,999 the refund is ₹1,639.18, and on a payment of ₹2,499 the refund is ₹2,049.18.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible, within the applicable legal timeframe or the timeframe communicated to you. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy available to you under applicable law.

Cancellation by students

To cancel your enrolment, contact NyayaNova at nyayanovaprivatelimited@gmail.com. Cancellations follow the refund terms above. Please submit cancellation requests as early as possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling by NyayaNova

NyayaNova Private Limited may reschedule, postpone or cancel a course where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasonable operational requirements. Students will be notified of any significant change to the schedule. If NyayaNova cancels a course and does not provide an acceptable alternative, affected students will be informed of the applicable refund or alternative arrangements, and any approved refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is deducted but your enrolment is not confirmed, or if you pay twice, contact nyayanovaprivatelimited@gmail.com. After verification, confirmed duplicate payments and eligible failed transactions will be resolved through the applicable payment process.

Policy changes

NyayaNova Private Limited may update this policy to reflect changes in its services, business practices or applicable laws. The latest version is published on this website. No amendment removes rights that have already accrued to students under applicable law.
